Recently ECNEC has given green signal to construct main road to niia. With this news, i recalled "inauguration of Allama Iqbal Airport Lahore; http://www.Dawn.Com/news/88322/musharraf-inaugurates-allama-iqbal-airport ". With this news, Abdul Aleem khan’s Park view Housing Society (now DHA-8) skyrocketed from 3/4 lacs to many millions. Because Park View Housing Society was located opposite to main terminal. Now in NIIA, with Google help, i found that Top City-1 has the same( or even more) plus points: M1/M2 junction, Main Entry/Exit thru Top City-1 & Main Access Road thru Top City-1. I guess that Top City-1 will soon become a marvelous commercial & res. Hub of Rwp/Isd. I request experts (particularly relating to DHA Lahore): Top City-1 will be the prime beneficiary of New Islamabad Airport Road Network. Thanks

Some 288 days ago this thread was started but ignored. Now, alhamdolilah almost 80% Property Investor/Dealer n Islamabad/Rawalpindi jumped into it. When thread was written Top City-1 price was 17/18 lac/10 marla. Now it is 37 lac. Writer very rightly compared with Aleem Khan's Lahore wali scheme. One of my friend in Lahore confirmed it. But Top City-1 location is very very very goooooooood, Alhamdolilah.
