I was on short trip to pakistan and visited dha phase 2 near world trade centre, gloria jeans etc
This was my first visit and i could see fair amount of activity in the area.
And looks like after word trade centre is handed over and aparts by giga group are delivered, it should see lot of influx.
There are also some near ready plazas in the area, average of six floors.
Based on this, is it a good time to invest in 4 or 5 marla commerical plot?
I am looking at giga plots.
