Give Me Investment Advice - Free iPhone 6

As the title suggests, I'm looking for investment advice. Here is my goal:

* Invest Rs 10 - 15 million short term (days/weeks to 4 months max)

*Looking for minimum 20%+ return on investment.

*The property needs to be in Lahore (preferably), Islamabad and Karachi.

*Commercial or residential

*File or plot

You need to be able to give facts/figures and any other form of evidence for me to consider your recommendations.

A lot of folks keep saying that I'm looking for big returns. Perhaps 20% is considered a HUGE return?

Forgive my ignorance, as I do not reside in Pakistan, but I've heard about and seen people doubling their investment in a matter of days. These were speculative plays, mostly files.

I'm not asking or expecting those kind of returns. But I was really hoping for some intelligent answers that include market intelligence as well as some good advice. The Iphone 6 was an incentive and a token of my appreciation.

LEts play for iphone 6. :P kher on a serious note, one month max. In property business is like asking for an austin martin while u r having a suzuki. Property business can never give u returns in a short term unless u hit at the exact moment of something to happen in that particular property such as if you had posted that question a month before and someone adviced u to put money in bahria town karachi, you would have been a happy guy today with almost 100 to 200% increase on original investment.

Kher, lahore and islamabad property is on a hault so i dont see any near future increase. You missed the boat on Bahria town karachi although you can still buy small 125 sq. Yard plot files which i think is about to jump but there is a risk involved. THey may not go up in such short term.

Go to Las Vegas, play gamble ... If you are lucky you can get 20% increase within days/weeks.

You are on wrong forum to invest money.

its still possible but not in lahore, ISB .. You have to Invest in Bahria Karachi ..

keeping in mind no risk no gain. If you are looking for prompt 20% profit you can face 40% loss too in short term.

buy 1000yard, 500yard... And Ali block file , sell them after 1 month or even before when market suits you.

Farooq bro, very silly question you asked, if any of us will be aware of this magic investment, we were not waiting for your iPhone 6 but rather had invested our self by now... :)

Any way since you asked, in Islamabad buy some files of enclave2 which are already in minus and might give you some returns in Dec/Jan.I am sometime of the day thinking to do the same but not much greedy yet so cannot take decision.

BTK is also not bad option to go, the juice is there till and if your aim is to earn profit then why only isl and Lahore.

one more suggestion:

should i buy a dha valley file or Enclave 2 ? as both are in reasonable prices

You better stay away from property business.

Buy some norcotics and try to sell them.

i will still prefer enclave over DHA valley, but better keep away from both till see some indicators for improvement.

Farooq bro if we knew the key of making money in such a short span then what the hell we would have been doing on this website,but yes plenty of us had a near past experience of losing some bucks in bahria pindi/isl market,so if you want to decrease your principal amount by 50 percent in a day not even months then enclave 2 is your best option,

He can buy 50 files of BE2 on 5 lakh and sell them on 6 lakh . U earn 50 lakh in days.

Dear farooq no need to go to any casino.there are still some investments from where you can get 20 percent profit in 4 to 6 months.first of all best investment right now is dha 9 town where you can get plots in 5 Marla 36 To 47 Lacs, 8 Marla 56 To 66 Lacs 10 Marla 80 To 85 lacs.posession is in early next year. May be in three months of next year.all three catagory plots are best investment as the posession is awarded rates will go minimum 10 lacs high.dha 9 town has best location in ferozepur road.

second option is gulberg plots.new plots are coming in markete in next 4 months on very high price as these plots will come on high price existing plots rates will definitely go high.

Which option do you like more plz must share with us honestly.
