Your valued comments are required on purchase of gulberg dream villa. Does anyone has any idea in which block these are being constructed and has anyone seen physical progress on site.

If i am not wrong they are selling it with not less than 50% profit(20 lac price of 10 marla + 40 lac max on construction as builder), which is quite huge, it was better to start with good pricing and once they got attraction and demand, prices could have been increased reasonably, also they could have offer the existing plot owners for construction, but they came with much greed, just like others to make millions in one night.
Some one have an idea how many houses are booked.?
