Shahzad at this moment no Awami villas of Bahria available on installments. But we have one Awami villa available with our client in Awami Villas-3, Apartment Premier 2 Bed on Second floor. He is interested to sell it. He is demanding 22 lacs but negotiable.

B-17 E block 30x60 all dues clear 2.6 good location to 3 million corner near markaz.i hope after possession prices will go up.
Gulberg B block 30x60 2.5 to 2.8 million very good location.
Bahria M block 2.3 to 2.7 5 marla good location.
I am not very sure about prices so please for more conformation check at OLX or Zameen.com or asani.com and before any deal ask more then 3 dealers and visit yourself at site.
