I want to invest 30 lac in anyone of the following places (if you know any better place to invest other than these please do advise):
Naval Anchorage, Bahria Phase 8, Phase 9 or Enclave 1
Please guide me which will be the best place for profit point of view in short term period or if long term then maximum for 3 years of time.

B-17 E block i hope possession is very near.
Gulberg is also good option but please visit before invest.
These are safe and good investment for future.
