Multi Farm House Plots

I am interested in buying a 5 Kanal farmhouse plot. Can anyone advise about Multi's development status, current prices and any other comment/advice you might have for me. Need something with possession in hand or in the near future.

i have very little information, but may be you will be able to get 4-5 kanal farmland bet70-110 lacks.distance is real,in terms of relevance to Islamabad and pindi.

I have not seen but through this forum and via net have come to known that its development is good, with expected security walls and cct TV cameras

Sir Development of Blocks A, B and C is almost complete. Nearly there. Possession to start in a month or two.

Block C is for farmhouses. Well located farmhouses can be bought at lump sum prices of 9-10 million or even more. Relatively average location 5 kanal plots are below this range.

I would suggest that you talk to a number of property agents specialising in Multi projects and check out what options each of them can offer from the market.

You can call a reliable person Tayyab 0333-5385514 and he is good at hunting for a plot matching your exact requirements. You can give him my reference he will give you extra service (tell him the man who used his services for cabinet society). Then you can do the negotiation.

Sector A and B have small plots majority of them are 7 marla, 10 marla, and few 1 kanal plots.And sector C is of farm houses.all these sectors are ready for posession afterm a month or 2.

Gulberg farms houses are better then Multi farms,

before invest you should visit both projects,don't believe just brand go and check ground reality.

don't believe after a month or 2 months Multi will give possession because they failed already in B-17 according to there promise,they are Master for changing dates.

Go for C block, it is almost ready for possession and prices are stable for last 6 months.

We all love multi orchards for its great location, lush green fields and multi's brand. But we don't know how the market will respond after possession is given. It may shoot up overnight, or continue snail pace. It's all up in the air.

But for living purpose, it is ideal. Why not go for 10 kanal, while you can still afford it.

I 'm selling my multi farm house in block D. It is on instalments. I think it is a good investment. But if you are looking for some thing to build/live end of this year or next year you need a plot in C block.

@ Nadeem Ahmed B 17 abd Gulberg launched at the same time but B 17 is way a head of Gulberg . Apart from D block multi perform well in B 17.

D block or E block,people are suffering in B-17,two months before i called them and they said that they will possession in July but again they are changing the words.how people will trust them in future?

i can just pray for Multi investors who suffering in Multi.

Nadeem Sahib, Every thing in this world is comparative. There is nothing as absolute. So when we evaluate housing societies we need to look comparatively.

Who have always delivered every sector, in time???

Bahria ??(Phase 6 was 4 years late, phase 9 has no signs yet and enclave 5 marla I think 2 years late).

So we need to see things in the right perspective. Real state development plans are always fluid and there are unforeseen things in such projects.

Multi, I believe are on top of things and they mention D Block as main issue they are trying to sort in this year in the AGM.

i am not against Multi because i have a much investment in B-17 E block.

I am going to much loss over there because of Multi,Multi is one of careless brand who don't know means of promise and start project without land .Multi is pond of issues.is this brand quality?how we come back to Multi for future investment?they should focus on project.Very often we close our eyes to this reality because we can't bear to face another failure.

There was BAIT UL MAL issue in E block now they conform that they resolved.

Once issue news come in market or front of public,market will down whole project.why Multi like to play with investors.

i am praying for Multi for wake up and come to serious in B-17 and do some thing good for B-17.

i am focused on multi versus gulberg 4-5 kanal farmland, i lot of stuff has come my way via zameen forum about multi, its half or little less than half the price of gulberg,

ppl praise it for development ,security location etc,

but

brother you say pond of issues,careless brand ,breaks promise

so it raises questions ,as to how to trust multi in the farmland area in long term, will they keep on good maintenance, or just forget it after completion and possession handover, bcz its the maintenance which is actual fruits of a good society after good development work,

i am not against Multi and i am not supporter or promoter of Gulberg.i am a investor and working aboard.

I don't like to fight with promoters or supporters of Multi,i like to request them please show any good quality of brand?when i asked this question to them they compare with Dha valley or Bahria phase9.i don't know why they like to close eyes to see reality.

I am giving you a example one of my plot in B-17 which i bough in last Dec the size is 30x60 the price was 3.2 million but after the raise issue of Bait ul mal price droop to 2.8 million.this all cause of Multi.how they don't know before launch project?

again i conformed Multi is pond of issues and one of careless brand who no care of project and never ever care of investors.

we overseas Pakistanis are easy pray for such big players,for whom ethics and promises are last good things,not the priorities,

B-17 is a large project, so delays can be inevitable. Multi's brand is proven in E-11 and F-17. Therefore, one would imagine that even if there are some delays, they will not just deliver it but with good quality and living standard.

I frequently visit E-11 and F-17, where Multi projects leave behind other competitors.

So do not despair, I am sure your investment will not go down the drain.
