After multi residencia and faisal town f 18 another project launched at bani gala total plots 156 land already purchased development work started there they claim that they will hand over possession with in one year including sui gas and electricity 8 feet boundary wall and cctv security. Plots sizes are 35x65 40x80 50x90 Price of 35 x 65 is 18 lac. Down-payment is around 6 lac remaining amount in 3 or 4 quarter installments.

I did a preliminary search. Apparently the project is marketed b suffa associates and developed by echo builders. It seems to have no relation with mpchs whatsoever.

Suffa associates is the marketing consultants, brother ihsan due to busy schedule i was unable to visit site so cant tell u the excat location but heard that its near to becan house have to confirm that

Dear brother sajid Investment wise i am not sure that it will be a very fast profit taking investment as bani gala price increase is not very fast. However plots are available on installments plus bani gala is now a populated area. For booking u can contact mr nazir awan director suffa associates 03005041003 and u can give him my reference hopefully they will allot a better location plot plus some discount

I was a daily commuter to Bani Gala for two years some time back and some of those areas are outstanding and without any match in whole ISB/RWP/LHR. Just because they are just on the brink of beautiful Rawal Lake. But some areas are too bad especially which are mingled among the village. The locals are to some extent hostile. To get to this area (if i am judging the location correctly reference Beacon House School) is hectic because one has to pass through whole bazaar and local community. Just sharing my personal experience without any -ves or +ves about this scheme.
!56 plots is not a lot so it must be very small society. I think it is difficult to get NOC in that area. Is the developer of the scheme SUFFA ASSOCIATES as the agent that specialises in B-17?
