2 million investment 3-4 year time

What options for salaried peaple who has limited budget and want to invest in zone 2 near airport.

I have saved 2 million rupees from savings of my salary in 15 years time. And want to invest in zone 2 islamabad near airport.

Please share any safe and secure option, want to invest for next 3-4 years time.

Onground options and approved societies would be preferred.

You've options like CBR-2, University town and few developed plots in ECHS D18 on 7 years of installments.

You'll can also go for B-17 underdeveloped blocks.

ECHS has only 10 marla i believe which is above 30 lakh, or i can have small size plot over there as well.

B-17 is good, could you please tell me the block number with estimated plot size and price.

Dear hold your amount for another 6 months…as the one who enters last suffer the most…now the big investors already made enough gains are pulling out and dealers are throwing a trap that prices would go up after airport opening…infact there will be more sellers after airport opening…so wait for few months after the airport starts and then buy…

I can hold the amount for six month or will try to increase my budget more in next six month upto 22 lakh.

but mean while could you please advise which areas should i visit and work for my investment. I can research for 5 to 5 months and then will enter after some time when i feel it's better time to invest (like after 6 months time).

If ur savings r in pak rs than for short term buy some dollars and keep it safe in some locker…after 6 months u could again look for options around new airport.

Dollars rate won't go up now since Pakistan is not going back to IMF. But AIB will provide some 4 billion dollars this year.

Don't hold your money its useless, dollars won't give you 1 lac profit but any investment can let you earn more than 1 lac in 6 months.

Rates in ECHS and B17 won't have an effect on inauguration of new airport. They are much faraway.

You are salaried one, try to find something which is on grounds and on installments, that would be best for you.

Possession is already available, pay the full amount and start construction there otherwise you can avail installments for 7 years. (M block)

1 kanal rate is a b/w 45-75

10 marla rate is b/w 28-38

Possession ones are very hard to find since they are sold very quickly,

There’ll be more sellers after airport inauguration but prices won’t be the same. Prices will go up high and continue to go up as there’ll be growing demand near airport. ECHS D-18 and B-17 are developed sectors with all facilities like water, gas, elec, so much better than other sectors with no gas or water.

Siddique Bhai if you don’t mind kindly check Bahria Phase-8 M Block. You can still get 5 marla plot in your budget. InshAllah 30 to 40 percent appreciation in 3 to 4 years. Airport access will also be very easy after ring road. Big problem in zone 2 is water.

If you like easy financing will also be available for construction as Bahria has purchased Escorts bank very recently.

Yes current asking rate is 22 to 23 lacks for 5 marla. However, try to bargain around 20. Hopefully you will get a good deal. Checkout the locality with google satellite imagery.

I agree with Naveed.You can find good location 5 marla in M and L which are more safe option.

Other hand 30x60 25 to 35 lakh in B-17 E block with possession.
