With a budget of 3.5 million, should I invest in B-17, Gulberg Residencia, I-12, or Bahria Phase 8 Islamabad?

    Dear Maleeha,

    1:For living purpose in future then B-17 E or Safari Valley Ali block is good but it both will rise slow because already developed so there is genuine investors only.

    2:For good return investment in near future then go to develop but less populated area like

    1:Bahria E-1,G,L and I block

    2:University town

    3:B-17 F block

    4:FT

    5:Dha Phase-3

    All above are safe and developed

    3:For long term investment like 3 to 5 years but safe(Must conform NOC before enter by RDA or CDA)

    1:B-17 G block

    2:Capital smart city

    3:FT C block

    4:BWC

    5:Dha Valley

    6:CBR-2

    7:I-15

        Thank you for your response. May I ask, what is the suggested holding period for the BT and B-17 options you have mentioned?

        And what is the suggested holding period for CBR-2 and BWC options?

        Also, do you have any recommended brokers for BT Ph 8 and B-17?
