5 Kanal Farm House In Multi Orchards On Installments

Dear members,

What's your opinion for a 5 Kanal plot in Multi Orchards on installments? I understand there are plots available on lump sum payment as well? What do you suggest to buy on installment or lump sum payment?

One of the senior members of this forum is selling his plot on 7 lac profit (booked in may 2013) with 1505000 down payment and one installment of 5 lac paid.

This is my first post and I found forum very professional and helpful.

It is a very good investment opportunity as per my view. I would recommend installment option as the amount of investment is less and it is easy to sell as compared to fully paid farm houses. I have myself purchased one farm house 5 marla for myself on 7.5 lacs profit. This has only downpayment and no installment paid. Plots with one installment are trading around 6.5 to 7 lacs.

So, it think it is better to invest as soon as possible, prices are rising very quickly.
