I am planning to buy 5 marla plot in hub commercial phase 8 bahria town.
What is the current price of 5 marla plot there are few adds on zameen mentioning 11 to 13 million , is it possible to find something in 10 million.
What would be the construction cost if built myself ?
What would be the rental value ?

Keep one thing in mind that Bahria Phase 7/8 has a lot of Commercial and at this point of time Return is not that good.
The already built Plazas are wearing and everybody interested in Rental space or to buy looks for New Buildings.
Ring Road Project is expected to be started soon and that will attract many Plot owners to build their Houses which are at this point reluctant due to Phase 8's access.
You may buy the plot and keep it for sometime as growing population will increase the demand and a New Building at that time will be easy to Sell.
Be informed that the Head Office is also movinf from Hub Commercial.
