I am interested in building a plaza after 10 yrs. Currently i am interested in buying ~ 4 million price commercial plot for that future investment. Can someone suggest me the possible venues?
Time frame all is relative and depends on the development. At times wait for 10 years may lead to competitors already developing there and then commercial gets in surplus and somehow under valued, if more in supply then the demand. Some recent examlples could be P-7 & P-8 BT.
For 5 million bracket, 5 odd years for commercials, as thing stand now indicate to Zone 2 or the approved RDA societies in nearby area. RRR can be a big booster as RRR's cat has to be out of the bag by Apr or so.
Some possible venues: considering 5 M brackets and 5 odd years
- Societies near New Airport and Adjacent to CDA sectors such as FOECHS, CBR-2 etc.
- University Town
- ICHS (currently a bit distant but future seems positive)
- Area on Chakri Road but which projects exactly may need more time to decide.
It may not be a bad time to buy as things and market is slow. As a general rule, Money is not made in buying and selling but in waiting & right deals...
