Should i go for a shop in new auriga gulberg or for some commercial plot in bahria town and construct it?

New Auriga can be a good option for you if you do a little home work before buying a shop. This home work includes your personal visit and meeting with people already doing business there. It was not a buyer attraction few years back however a shop on the ground or first floor can give you a reasonable monthly amount soon after you purchase it.
BT is also a good options but still it's beyond the city circle.
Don't possess enough knowledge about Bahria Town however it's among first choices of people due to amenities it offers and the lifestyle it portrays. People want to live there despite of its distance from the city center.
