You mean the agent who brokers the deal?

He want to ask about dealer commission.
It should be not more than 1% of the deal. However you can negotiate with dealer for even less.
Some property agents charge 2% and most deals are happening on 1% commission.
It depends upon property type and property location.
In RWP/ISB, norm is 1% each from buyer and seller after transfer completes, unless other terms and conditions agreed before the deal!
Be aware of dealer’s “top” as well.
