Amir if you want to invest your pkr 9 millions for five years, then i would suggest you to invest in dha files. You can purchase phase 9 files (10 marla) and you can also consider other phases of dha for which files are being allotted to buyers. Plus you can also go for bahria town. I would suggest you to invest in different housing schemes. So, that if one scheme is unable to provide ample gains, you may secure the gains from the other and go for files only, as you can hold your investment for 5 years.

Dear brother 9 million is a good amount and 5 years is also good time to invest . It would be better to invest in different sectors like u can buy a plot in bahria town below 2 million, buy one in f 16 , one in e 17 , one in multi b 17 d or e block it will give u good returns inshallah plus risk will be divide
