I need advice to invest 4million in Islamabad property. Intention is only for investment and i can wait up to 5-6 years for good return. It could be either one plot or three plots whatever is best option please guide.
It is better to divide your investment and buy in B-17, Bahria and I-14,15,16 sectors.
