Any body has invested / bought plot from them? what might be the problems ?

Before investing you do need to go and see the area. You also need to check if they have NOC.
As far as the society is concerned its advantage is the location. Its also populated and has all the local amenties. The disadvantage is that the society is not well planned, has no good approach (although it maybe improved in the future to some exent), If you go to the older sectors you can see potholes in the streets. Lack of water is also a problem in the older sectors, particularly during the summer.
