Al-haram city plots and house-5 marla house on 3 million?

Al-haram city is offering plots and houses on low prices.How is the development standard and safety of money in terms of handover of houses and possession of plots.Any advise or past experience will be appreciated.

ALharam is the same society which was launched after kashmir society just infront of Alharam society, its almost 20 years that I got 2 plots and 2 shops in Kashmir society but still am unsure of my money..............Its a fraud society and they are fraud looting the money of middle class sector..............

Dear Arshad sb,

I think u did not understand my post. Its not suitable to buy there because of distance,I did not mentioned buy or sell. Simply its not good for investment.
