Can someone tell me if this project is legit? The flats are being sold from 10mil to 1.2 mil pkr but the flats are not leased.
So what happens if someone buys a flat there? What are the cons? The project itself looks very good with very good amenities but just concerned if someone who buys a flat there will face problems down the road.
Please advise.
