I m surveying for last 1 month but can't understand where I could invest my 55 lac... Whether it should be G-13 or G-14 or something else? Please, I need a good advice.
For investment purpose I will not recommend you G-13 as its already very high and it will raise its rates now slowly you can invest that money in G-14 or F-15 both of them are good options. In F-15 a 40 x 80 plot with possession will cost you 42 lac but without possession 32 lac. So go for a non possessed plot it will give you a break of million within 6 to 8 months. as you will get possession there it will be also on 42 lac.

Dear Salam if you get some thing in G-14/3 there is a chance that they will give possession with in 2 years but we cant confirm it. Its a chance and if you got possession there you will definitely get a good and huge profit like if 10 marla plot in G-14/3 is on 45 lac after possession it will be on 65 lac so you can get a jack of 2 million on possession but the thing is that we cant predict that when they will hand over possession. In F-15 you can get possession with in 6 months and after 6 months they will improve there prices approximately one millon
Dear w.salam… thank you very much again…i m thinking that i can wait fr 2-3 years…so then why not i should buy some plot in G-14/3 and wait for possession for 2 years and after 2 years it will give me a profit of 2 million… plz if u can guide me on this…

You right if you can wait for 2 or 3 years then hopefully you will get a good profit in G-14/3 but it all depends on possession and i hope so in mentioned time they will hand over possession and you will get a good profit inshAllah.
