Any LATEST NEWS on DHA Valley? Who is taking over and how long til the final installment can be paid?... Why is there such a long delay?

When will possession be given? DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY LATEST NEWS?

Is it worth selling now? or is it worth buying now?

Also will the prices increase? as everyone seems to be selling in DHA Valley, so this seems to indicate that the prices will drop...until possession is given.

Still cant believe how low the price has gone, a 5 marla only 2lakhs…

Dear abdul ali Dha valley is a very huge project but right now its dead. In few blocks development work is started and there is a chance that after one or one n half year dha valley prices will be stable if a person can hold plot there then it will be better to hold rather then sale on low price
