I would appreciate if someone can guide me with the following regarding buying apartment in F-11,F-10.
1) How is the security for these apartments?
2) Built quality?
3) Facilities?
4) Type of community etc.
I have a flexible budget around 1 CR. The reason why I am looking into apartments is that whenever I return to Pakistan, I would be most likely working in Islamabad and would like to shorten my commute rather than some of the nicer societies down the Expressway.

I have one in E-11 Khudadad Heights. I have an apartment of 4 bed.. its price is aprox 1.5 crore. Security is up to modern needs all necessary facilities.
