Yes this project lies under umbrella of graana group.The same group has already constructing Amazon mall 1 near giga mall,amazon mall 2 near T-chock and Mall of Arabia.
They are promising for annual price appreciation 20-30% which is sound too good.Please read all term and condition in the contract and go ahead.
I find it fishy. Graana, Agent47 and Amazon mall are all about advertisements.
