Need to enquire on Arcadia City Scheme, is it safe? Do we know anything about this developer? Have they delivered anything before or this is the their first project? Are they CDA approved with clear NOCs? I am interested in buying a 1 Kanal block but not too sure if this will be the safe investment though!
I am looking for the information on this as well. I bought 2 5 marla plots there on the recommendation of one of my friend. However, due to dead market now, everything is quite everywhere.
They did huge marketing throughout in Islamabad area. But I do not think they got good response so far.
The project is illegal as per warning issued by CDA.
There was an ad in the newspaper that it is an illegal project, I think the ad was given by CDA itself. Stay away from it…
