Both options are good.
B 17 is very much dependent on margalla avenue if in next 2 years margalla avenue became functional there there will be a good profit gain in b 17 but if cda failed to complete the project within 2 years then prices will not increase rapidly.
F16 price depends on development work jkchs announced that they will start development work before dec 2013 if they honored there commitment then prices will shoot ( due to high prices of g 15 and f 15) there will be a big jump in f 16 but again if they failed to start development work prices will stop.

If the investment budget is less than 20 lac, then which one is more feasible to invest out of these :
F-16/1, or f-16/2, or f-16/3.
Prices in f-16/4 are already very high and it is difficult to find plot under 20 lac here, right ?

If u can manage 22 or 23 lac then go for a 40 x 80 plot in sector f 16 3 otherwise u can get a plot around 19 lac in sec f 16 3. After f 16 4 sector 3 is better option.
