I want to do save investment for a period of around 4/5 years. Can anyone advice me whether I should go for 5 Marla Bahria enclave or 8 Marla Jinnah garden phase-1 or 8 Marla DHA valley.

If your pocket allows, then go for the CDA sectors. Nothing is better than that if you're looking at a time period of 4, 5 years.

Their slow still give the max return because of confidence in them by people. Plus Islamabad. You may want to buy in B-17 E block in this budget.
A same location but cheaper option could be park enclave.
