I think, as a result of this prices will probably start to decline, as bt seem to have a lot of projects that are incomplete i.E phase 8 ext etc…, this would not give members any confidence in investing in such an organisation.
It seems like cda only gave approval of 4 kanal plots in zone4 this will be problem for phase 1 of bahria enclave too
I don’t see any problem for bahira enclave. Everything will be settled down, but the prices may come down a bit as general buyers may restrain from buying in bahria enclave but in long term i see very bright future of bahria enclave due its very high quality development and environment.
