Which block is best in bahria enclave, purpose is construction for living / rent

    Sector A & C1 are good for living (possession + immediate construction)



    Bahria Enclave residential is not recommended for rental income ...... As ROI will be too low.

      But do watch for excessive filling in Sector C1 ... .



      Sector A looks more of solid ground to me (Soil test preferable)

            @AJ..Sir if you want rental income,then why don't you go for a small house in CDA sector or a flat in F-11 or a commercial shop??

                @ KS..Sir first 7 streets are good to buy as far as i now..They are a bit expensive aswell..but thoroughly do your homework..Enclave has a lot of filling issues.
