              Token money has to be submitted against the product which you wish to apply for ie residential villa or commercial,the discount will be later adjusted of 150000 in installment,prices are comparatively reasonable if we compare them to twin cities of rwp and Islamabad market,due to obvious reasons as per the market in Karachi and specially in the adjacent dha society where Bahia is being proposed,

                @ MBS, i have already got registration(15,000 PRK) now wana apply for 250 Sqrd plot. My question is " Token amount" has to be deposited with "Booking form" now? or after successful Balloting?

                Please clarify my understanding.

                  You have to deposit the money with the booking form,malik sahab ka wohii hisab ha,,,manoo paisa vikha mera mood bunaa,,balloting my foot,every one will get the desired land,

                    Yes u have to pay the token money now. The catch is the word "Token Money" not Down payment.

                    Now that means its not guaranteed that you will be allotted a plot by paying the token money. Bahria has the option to accept or return it.

                    The refund will be given after ballot and the ballot date is not disclosed yet.

                      I am not sure if the location will actually be the same as proclaimed in the ad. Because if you remember when they launched bahria enclave, they advertised it to be Opposite Park Enclave, when the site was actually 10 km away from it.

                      So keeping that precedent in mind, I wouldn't be surprised if its built opposite to DHA City or farther down the highway.

                      Lets see, what happens but its gona be an exciting roulette gamble next few months :)
