5 year time is good time and if you really have holding power of 5 years than you should go ahead. It will be more than double in 5 years time in Bahria. But you should visit the location and check the development yourself. I have heard that work is at good pace and 2-3 years time the Possession will be given. Rest Allah knows the best.
