Bahria paradise karachi

Dear all,
Recently, the bahria paradise karachi has rolled out their bookings. Could you please shed some like with your expert understanding over the following aspects of this project:

- price offered e.G., 250 sq. Yd plot for pkr. 6m
- return expected in 3 to 5 years.
- risk of losing money due to cancellation etc.

Bahria paradise is said to be behind precinct-16 (which is a very good location) but they are not telling the it will go till end of Bahria Sports City. Seeing Bahria’s policy to oblige big dealers, i can even bet that the best plots (near precinct-16) will be allotted to dealers and general public will only get the left over near sports city. It’s sure going to be in negative right from the beginning.

However, it is good for LONG term investment.... Means, 4-5 years holding power required for good returns. Plot number balloting is not expected before 2-3 years. So, no material gain is expected in 3 years.

One more thing, since it's a MEGA project, so huge supply of files is expected which, again, is not a good sign for short to medium term investors.

Looks like a very risky affair at the moment... It is selling in minus right from the start....
