Kindly share ur expert opinions regarding safe and better investment between i 16 and bahria town phase 8.

The rates of BT Phase 8 are very reasonable and low at the moment.... The news and access to BT Phase 8 to Pindi ByPass Road will increase prices a lot.
I-16 will grow slowly and gradually... With opening of airport, this area will see increase in prices.

Dear Aamir aasim,
It depend on your budget.Both are good option for investment.I-16 is good in low budget with good location and it will rise further after start new Airport.
Phase8 is good developed with all basic facilities and can't compare with I-16.Prices are reasonable if compare with local area and sure prices will increase after RR.
