Bahria town phase 8 Rawalpindi

Dear experts and all,

I am overseas pakistani and planning to purchase a 7 marla plot in safari valley but confused where to purchase ie abu bakar block , ali block, umer block,rafi block or usman block my budget is 3.5 to 4 million and planning to build my house after 3 to 4 years kindly advise which block is good for living after 3 years.

Very less filling in above blocks and good for home construction.

Safari valley is average place as compared to bahria standards 30ft streets only very far from Islamabad and Rawalpindi cities, according to me this is long term investment , MR is currently busy in karachi zero development in bahria business district phase 8, so I think you have to keep these points before purchase.

What’s the situation of Orchard, Phase-8 extension?

Owais Block in Safari Valley is the best because of the following reasons:

wider roads compared to other blocks of Safari Valley

no filling...very solid ground

very small number of plots and construcion on most of the plots

Roots millineum school at walking distance

Amusement Park planned near to Owais block

straight and big access road

What are the prices in Owais Block?

Prices are under 35 lac for an 8 Marla plot...

Remeber, its 8 Marla (30x60) unlike other blocks of Safari Valley which are 7 Marla (30x55).

And soil is very solid...anyone interested can visit and compare with other blocks
