No Impact
There is no connection between E block and new Airport.E block is going well lot of new construction going on.Prices will jump when new Roots Millennium Schools(RMS) functional(building is 60% ready)and start theme park(location which is exactly opposite to E block).
Don't expect big jump in one year.

Phase-8 is like a gem which you can buy dirt-cheap right now. If ring road gets completed, prices here will surpass Bahria Enclave.
Airport will affect once ring road will be build for direct access from Bahria if bahria is given an interchange near phase 8, otherwise no direct impact of Airport on phase 8.
Airport is going to be used by awam lived in Posh Sector of Islamabad plus Bahria Rawalpindi and DHA, so Ring Road or Pindi ByPass is necessary. IJP Road cannot pick the heavy traffic load any more.
Ring road in still in air but must need of time.
