I think all matter , but main thing is what matter more than others :)
Kitchen , flooring , bathroom and wood work is my priority
I would prefer to have a house without tiles/marble but with an insulation.
Old styled cement floors are better if choice has to he made between old flooring and insulation.
It doesn't mean that flooring is no important but considering limited budget of everyone, one should opt for insulation before fancy interiors.
1=kitchen...should be big..well placed cabinets...best ventilation mechanisms in kitchen(ideal..natural big window)
2=The House should feel big...like, a good height[ old English style..4 meter height for single story....
3=big windows...to have feeling of freedom to exterior..
4=interior white paints ..white transparent curtains ..with golden rods and rails...
5=wall to wall wood/plywood cupboards...
6=simple marbles[no designs].white in colour..
7= exterior front elevation....with a big wooden front door...
