I want to buy a plot to construct house purely for residential purpose. My budget for plot is 45lac.
My preference is being in a ~15km radius to faizabad. And close to schools. After some research i have come up with two options.
1- bahria enclave sector n
2 - jinnah gardens
Bahria enclave offers 5 marla plots in that range. Whereas jinnah garden offers 7 marla plots in that range.
I want the construction to complete in 2017.
So given these circumstances, what would the experts suggest ?
