Hi everyone, i have 2 plots in i-14 30x60 each (bought last year and now giving me a benefit of 2 lakhs each only) and 1 plot in e-12/2 35x70 (bought last year and giving me a benefit of more than 15 lakhs now), now i am thinking to sell my plots in i-14, they will give me 40 lakhs and add some more money to either buy a plot 35x70 or 30x60 in e-12. I am doing it from an investment point of view. 2 plots in e-12 means i can sell one and make a home on the other. What do you guys think? Any suggestions?
