CDA Noc

What is a noc? Is it risky to buy in an Islamabad sector that does now have noc?

No need to get NOC for buying selling property in Islamabad. But for construction, you have to follow the rules advised by CDA

Few societies like Bahria Phase 1 & 4 , Korang Town, Pak PWD, NPF in Zone 5 are developed without CDA NOC. These are on ground and safe. For new projects NOC matters allot. CDA issue NOC after pledge of about 40% of total land of the project (specified for Roads streets and Parks) in favour of CDA. Means CDA is owner of this land.
