Compare G-14/3 with G-15,F-15 and B-17,F-17

G-14/3 is a very good option and after G-14/3 G-15 and F-15 are best options. in some prospects G-15 and F-15 is much better then G-14/3 as there is no possession in G-14/3 but in G-15 more then 700 families living with all basic facilities like gas wapda ptcl dsl markaz shops etc. In non possession area the only issue is that we can only predict a possibility of possession.

I have 90 lakh and want to buy house in G-13. Plot size of house must be 30*60. Is this possible for me to buy house in this range?? Further, which sub sector of G-13, do you think, is best for living?

Dear Imran G-13/4 is on top, location wise and cost wise then 1 and then 2 & 3. i think so you can get a home in that range in 2 & 3 but in 4 and 1 i have to confirm however you can get a ready home in g-10 or g-9 in that range size 30 x 50. and in g-15 you can buy a plot of 40 x 80 in that rate and can built a single story on it within budget and save a few lacs.

Guys any ideas about B-17 sector, hows it going? and whats the market prospect of this sector? I heard block B is getting life there.

B-17 is a rubbish investment. Better to invest in currency market

If people getting ROI than investment is good. B-17 getting good return. Currently it is very good investment. People earn 100% return in only 2-3 years time and i have few examples.

I visited yesterday a new society in Banigala. I like that place they build a beautiful society and location was out class but plots are a bit expensive there. B-17 is good for investment but for a long term however there are better options available in market for investment purpose depends on budget
