I am interested in Commercial plot in Phase 7 or 8 in Bahria town Rawalpindi / Islamabad. Can some one give his opinion for investment / plaza construction purposes, and what is the realistic price ?

I wonder how much will be a commercial plot/shop in DHA Phase 1 (close to KFC)?
Bahria Square commercial is the best place for construct a plaza because its close to DHA phase 1 bridge(most of peoples used DHA 1 rather then Toyota Rawal motor entrance),opp to DHA phase 1 F block,Golf course and Bahria heights 5 is at nearest approach.These are key features of Bahria square commercial projects.
