A.A, I want to invest around 4 million PKR preferably in Islamabad. I want to make an investment which gives me a monthly return, rent etc. I am thinking of buying a shop or an office space or an apartment in Islamabad. Please advise me is it a good decision?

Yes, investing in Islamabad property market is a good decision. Keeping in the importance and demand of commercial as well as residential property in Islamabad, there shouldn’t any issue with such type of investment plan. About capital growth of your investment in coming years, A BIG YES. My only concern is if you can make the purchase quick because January 2014 could be different for the market.
