Well, considering the relatively low budget, I would suggest go for River View Commercial (Bahria Town Phase 7), plots located near the Bahria Expressway. I think you can find a 30*40 ft plot for around 4 million or so. I'm pretty confident that this area is going appreciate alot in future as prices are rock bottom at the moment and something in close viccinity is at least 2-3 times the price i.e. around 8 million to 1.5 crore.
Still, you would have some money to play with. Hence, you can use that money to diversify your investment. Probably an average size lower ground shop can be acquired with that kind of money which can also generate some cash for you (if rented) plus appreciation.
