Dear experts,
I have plan to make home after 2-3 years from now(lahore). Already have invested in bahria sect f but not sure about the possession as it is not even balloted yet so considering to buy another plot in dha phase 7 or lake city.
Appreciate if you can guide;
Which one of these 3 would be better option for living(security, amenities and location wise).
1. Dha phase 7
2. Lake city
3. Bahria town sector f

DHA Phase-7 would be better choice for living after three years amongst your given options. You will witness substantial rise in the prises of Phase-7 very soon.
Apparently, Lake City looks better developed right now but remember its just one man show which is quite risky in long run.
My vote is for DHA Phase 7
