I need some advise from property gurus. I am a salaried person but interested to have a side business of constructing residential house(s) and selling. Planning to hire a contractor to do it all for me as i have no experience and time for that.
My question is, which locations in rwp/isb have good sale purchase turnout of houses? I can arrange budget up to 15 million pkr. Looking forward please.
