I have 5 marla double story 3 bed house in air port housing society sector 1 , prime location 5 minutes walk from civic center i am out of the country and want to sale this house kindly advise what is the current price ? House is on rent 24000 monthly.

annual rent of house usually around 3-3.5% of house value.
=24000*12/.03
so price would be in range of 72-82 lac. It very rough idea. House condition, current market situation and on ground assessment required for value. Without physical
visit, no one can estimate price and used houses have lot of `issues.
now a day market is also on low side.

your house value is around 5.5 to 6.5 million.you can get idea from olx because there is 5marla house for sale in Airport housing society.you can check value according to location and according to your house structure.if your house location+ structure is very good then 7 million if just good location is good then 6 million.
