Currently residing in wah, i am looking to move near islamabad. I have visited d-17 and liked it so far however transfers are stopped there.
Need suggestions on alternative to d-17 with less distance to islamabad.
I have visited margalla town and jinnah gardens, but unsure of 7-10 marla house prices and any potential water or transfer issues. Your insight/suggestions are highly appreciated.
You may visit E-16/E-17
Cabinet Division(E16/E17) is a good option. It is a calm, peaceful society with a lot of houses constructed( about 150 ) and families (around 80) living there. It has great potential to grow.
E-18 hechs
I have recently visited societies with almost the same aim. I have following recommendations........
1-Stay away from Roshan pakistan E-16 sub sectors. Its NOC is twice cancelled.
2-CDECHS part of E-16 and E-17 are much better than Roshan Pakistan but Road situation is not very good.
3-ECHS (D-18) have a bigger size plots ~600 & ~300 yards and seems better than E-16 & E-17.
4-B-17 have good development but close to Taxila from where you want to go towards ISB.
5-JKHS with G-15/F-15 is expensive and also have water issue but location is good and nearest to Isb.
Why have transfers stopped there? D-18 is a good place.
What about AWT in comparison with ECHS (D-18)?
AWT is lot better but rates may be high
Thanx. Better in what sense. Quality of development or any thing else?
D 18 is better cuz of:
Lots of houses and people living.
Close to GT and motorway
Water and gas in abundunt. Awt has issues with water.
Close to D17 which has lots of commercials.
Heighted location.
Rates in D18 are high comparably..
Rest visit yourself.
