Which blocks of DHA-2 Islamabad have low rates for 1 kanal plot under 40 lacs and are good for residential purpose? What would be best if we compare DHA-2, 1 kanal with Bahria phas-8, 1 kanal for residential purpose?

Can anyone give me contact details of worthy property dealers in Bahria phase-8 and DHA-2? And where is DHA extension located?

I think you would be lucky to find 1 kanal plot under 40 lac in DHA phase 2.

DHA 2 would be a far better option.

Some or more areas of phase 8 are in litigation and its cornered to the west.
