I am interested in dha 3 but budget is around 4m, can senior please guide if g block 5 marla is a good investment for 1-2 years or a bit more?
Any further advise on choosing location/street , army/civil alotted etc within g block?
Also, are the files transferrable using proper dha transfers or is it done through stamp papers only?
