DHA-4 has started speaking up now just like most of the twin city property appreciating.
Sector A/B/C are in lime light now but lot of plots are not on equal terrain...some are at height while others are down and plots need retaing walls at extra land behind which is expensive.
Sector B is bit better as most plots are at the same level.
Three months b4, one Kanal was selling at max 90 lacs and now the same one is costing no less than 1 crore & 20 lacs.
Last sector is M but no development and only files.
Sector ABC now have approached access metalled and other streets are still to be done but sewerage completed and street lights mostly done.
Phase-4 will have another bridge which will connect to bahria phase8 overseas and also Orchard.
Askari-14, reportedly, will be connected to phase-4 but not confirmed yet as no official announcement so far.
